2. Scope and purposes
This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit this website or contact us. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is also considered where applicable. Data is used in particular to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, fulfil contracts and maintain website security.
3. Technically necessary data and hosting
When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technical connection data such as IP address, time, page accessed, browser information and error logs. 4. Project form and contact
Name, email address and a project description are required in the project form. Optionally, services, budget, desired start, telephone number, company name and preferred contact method can be specified. A package or project selection from the portfolio is attached to the request. If you want contact by telephone or WhatsApp, a telephone number is required. Please do not submit any particularly sensitive personal data or confidential accounting documents using this form.
The information is transmitted directly to Netlify Forms when sent. There is no need to open an email program. Netlify saves the request in the form management and triggers the set up email notification to ADEMI DIGITAL. A success message confirms acceptance by Netlify, not the actual receipt of a notification in the mailbox. In the event of an error, the information remains in the form for a retry. Before sending, the entries are stored in your browser's memory; this application does not store them in local storage.
5. Form processing and notification
Netlify Forms from Netlify, Inc. is used for technical acceptance, storage and notification. The form data and technical connection data are processed. Processing in the USA or other countries is possible. The necessary agreements for order processing and guarantees for cross-border disclosures are checked before productive use. ADEMI DIGITAL’s business mailbox is used for email enquiries and form notifications. The email provider processes message content and technical data to deliver and store messages. Depending on the provider, data may be processed outside Switzerland.
6. Spam protection
An invisible test field helps to recognize automated entries. Netlify also processes requests with its automatic spam protection and can retain suspicious requests as spam. Form data and technical connection data can be processed to detect misuse.
7. Email, telephone and WhatsApp
When you click on an email or telephone link, your configured application opens. Only when you subsequently contact us will the information about the respective service be transmitted. WhatsApp links lead to an external WhatsApp/Meta service; its data protection regulations also apply. The website does not load WhatsApp components without a click. If you want to avoid WhatsApp, use the form, email or phone.
8. Storage
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are generally deleted after 6 months, unless legal obligations or legitimate grounds require retention. If an engagement follows, statutory retention periods apply, particularly to accounting records.
Technical protocols of the hosting and email service are subject to their configured retention periods. The deletion of inquiries is implemented organizationally and includes the business inbox as well as, where technically possible, the content stored in the Netlify form management.
9. Cookies, tracking and fonts
By default, this website does not use marketing or analytics trackers and does not set non-essential cookies through the application. The fonts and portfolio images are delivered locally. External portfolio websites are only opened after an active click. Should analytics or marketing software be added later, this statement will be adjusted and any necessary consent will be obtained before loading.
Language preference
Your selected language is stored for up to one year in the functional ademi_language cookie. It contains only the language code, with no contact or project details. When switching languages, unfinished forms are retained in memory only.
10. Your rights
Within the scope of applicable data protection law, you can request information about your data and its correction or deletion. Depending on the legal basis, additional rights such as restriction, objection, data release or revocation of consent may be added. Any consent given can be revoked with effect for the future. Legal retention obligations may prevent immediate deletion.

11. Changes
This declaration will be adjusted if the services used or data processing changes. The version published on this website is authoritative.
